Introduction to business process automation, navigating Power Automate, cloud flow types, triggers and actions, Microsoft 365 connectors, dynamic content, variables and expressions, conditions and branching, and integrating Forms, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
Students will build a practical workflow that captures information from Microsoft Forms, stores the submission in a SharePoint List, sends an automated acknowledgement through Outlook, and posts a notification to Microsoft Teams.
Approval workflows, multi-step processes, conditions and branching, working with SharePoint data, expressions and data transformation, workflow monitoring, run history, troubleshooting failed flows, error handling, connection management, sharing flows, and basic automation governance.
Students will build an approval-based business workflow where a request is submitted, recorded in SharePoint, routed to an approver, and processed differently depending on whether it is approved or rejected. The workflow will automatically update the request status and send appropriate Outlook and Teams notifications.
Designing an automated process that collects requests, stores them centrally, sends them for approval, updates their status, and automatically communicates the outcome to the requester.
Lesson details will be published soon.
