n8n AI Automation & Workflow Administration

Move beyond basic no-code automation and learn how to build powerful, flexible, AI-driven workflows with n8n. This program equips learners with practical skills to connect applications, automate business processes, integrate APIs, manipulate data, and incorporate artificial intelligence into real-world operational workflows. You will learn how to build everything from simple event-driven automations to sophisticated multi-step workflows involving conditional logic, webhooks, APIs, databases, AI models, and intelligent agents. Through practical projects, you will discover how n8n can become the automation layer connecting different systems across an organization. By the end of the program, you will be capable of analyzing business processes and transforming them into reliable, maintainable automation solutions for IT operations, customer support, sales, marketing, administration, data processing, and AI-powered business workflows.

Program overview

About this program

Modern organizations operate across numerous applications, cloud platforms, databases, communication systems, and internal services. When these systems cannot communicate effectively, employees often become the integration layer—copying information, updating records, sending notifications, generating reports, and manually coordinating processes between applications. n8n provides a flexible workflow automation platform for connecting these systems and orchestrating complex business processes. The n8n AI Automation & Workflow Administration program provides hands-on training in designing, building, testing, and maintaining automated workflows using n8n. Learners begin with the fundamentals of workflows, nodes, triggers, actions, credentials, and data mapping before progressing into branching logic, loops, data transformation, sub-workflows, webhooks, APIs, databases, and advanced workflow orchestration. A major focus of the program is API-driven automation. Learners will work with HTTP requests, REST APIs, authentication methods, JSON payloads, query parameters, headers, and webhook endpoints. These skills allow learners to integrate services even when a dedicated n8n node is unavailable, significantly expanding the range of systems that can participate in an automated workflow. Artificial intelligence is integrated throughout the program as a practical automation capability. Learners will build workflows that use large language models to classify requests, summarize documents, extract structured information, generate responses, process incoming content, and support intelligent business decisions. Learners will also explore AI agents and how models, tools, memory, and external data sources can be combined to create more capable automated systems. The program also introduces data-driven automation. Learners will work with information from spreadsheets, APIs, databases, forms, and other business systems while learning how to clean, restructure, merge, filter, and route data between workflow components. This provides the foundation required to build reliable integrations rather than simple application-to-application automations. Reliability and administration are equally important. Learners will practice testing workflows, inspecting executions, troubleshooting failed nodes, implementing error-handling strategies, managing credentials securely, controlling workflow execution, and designing automations that can be maintained as business requirements evolve. By completing the program, learners will be capable of taking a real business requirement from process analysis to production automation. They will be able to identify automation opportunities, map workflow logic, connect applications and APIs, incorporate AI where appropriate, test the solution, troubleshoot failures, and deploy workflows capable of supporting real organizational processes.
