Students will learn how administrators create users, manage passwords, configure groups, assign licenses, and organize users within Microsoft 365 environments.

Learn how organizations secure accounts using authentication methods such as passwords, Microsoft Authenticator, SMS verification, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). Students will understand why MFA is critical for security.

Students will learn how organizations control access to applications using Conditional Access policies. Topics include location-based access, device compliance, MFA enforcement, and risk-based access control.

Learn how Microsoft Entra ID helps organizations detect suspicious activities, risky sign-ins, compromised accounts, and identity-based threats. Students will understand the basics of identity protection.

Students will learn how Microsoft Entra ID integrates with device management solutions such as Microsoft Intune. Topics include device registration, compliance, and secure access from managed devices.

Learn how organizations delegate administrative responsibilities using roles and administrative units. Students will understand role-based access control (RBAC) and how permissions are assigned securely.

Students will learn how administrators monitor sign-ins, review audit logs, track user activities, and investigate suspicious login attempts within Microsoft Entra ID.

Students will be introduced to Microsoft Graph and PowerShell basics for Entra ID administration. Learn how administrators automate repetitive tasks, manage users, generate reports, and simplify identity management operations.
