Students will learn how to navigate the Exchange Admin Center (EAC), which is the main portal used to manage Exchange Online. Topics include dashboards, recipients, mail flow, security settings, reports, and administrative tools.

Learn how organizations control the flow of emails using transport rules. Students will understand how administrators block spam, redirect messages, apply disclaimers, and automate email processing using mail flow rules.

User Mailbox & Recipient Management

Students will learn how to create and manage mailboxes, shared mailboxes, distribution groups, contacts, and mail-enabled users. This section also covers mailbox permissions and delegation.

Learn the fundamentals of Exchange Online Protection (EOP), spam filtering, anti-malware policies, phishing protection, and how organizations secure business emails.

Email Authentication (SPF, DKIM & DMARC)

Students will understand how email authentication works and why technologies like SPF, DKIM, and DMARC are important for preventing spoofing and phishing attacks. This section introduces DNS-based email security concepts.
