Learn how Microsoft 365 tenants are created and configured. Students will understand domains, subscriptions, regions, organizational settings, and how businesses structure their cloud environments.

Students will learn how administrators create users, manage passwords, reset accounts, configure groups, and handle identities using Microsoft Entra ID. Identity management is one of the most important responsibilities in Microsoft 365 administration.

Learn how organizations control permissions in Microsoft 365. Students will understand administrator roles, role-based access control (RBAC), and why least-privilege access is important for security.

Students will learn how Microsoft licenses work, how subscriptions are assigned to users, and how organizations manage Microsoft 365 services and billing.

Learn the basics of Microsoft 365 security including multi-factor authentication, conditional access, data protection, compliance policies, and how organizations secure cloud identities and information.

Students will understand how administrators monitor Microsoft 365 environments, generate usage reports, track user activities, and identify system or security issues using admin dashboards.

Learn how administrators track Microsoft service outages, monitor incidents, review advisories, and communicate service disruptions affecting users and organizations.

Students will be introduced to PowerShell and automation concepts. Learn how administrators use scripts and commands to automate repetitive tasks, manage users, and simplify Microsoft 365 administration.
